Company - Overview
Our custom Mercedes vans are fully self-contained (A/C, heat, power, water—no hookups needed) and eco-friendly, providing spacious comfort for pets. We specialize in 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming right in clients’ driveways for stress-free pampering.
Responsibilities
- We manage the business so you can focus on each pet's individual grooming needs
- Deliver luxury one-on-one grooming from your equipped Mercedes van.
- Work independently with manageable schedules that focus on quality and safety with every appointment
- Enjoy ongoing support from concierge scheduling and fleet maintenance teams.
Qualifications
Grooming experience required (1-3 years). No degree needed, a passion for pets is a must!
Compensation & Benefits
- 401(k)
- $250–$350/day ($70,000–$75,000/year) via commissions and tips.
- 4 or 5 day workweek with flexible scheduling.
